College Exposure T&C - Fillies FP Tourney

NOT a showcase event although teams are urged to invite college coaches

Event to be held at the Cantine Sports Complex and Glasco LL

12U - 12 teams     14U - 12 teams     16U - 8 teams     18U - 8 teams

3 game Pool Play on Friday and Saturday/Elimination Play on Sunday

***Volunteer teams for Friday evening will be requested.*** 

ADVANTAGES: Extra early season day with your team, guarantees a later Saturday start time for two remaining

Pool Play contests and enables pitching to be spread out a little more for Pool Play.

Games will begin at 7:30AM each day on the weekend

CEW COLLEGE COACHES RECRUIT CLINICS - Instructed 100% by some of the areas finest college coaches.

Open to all future potential college student/athletes - DO NOT NEED to be playing in weekend's tourney

College Coaches Clinics to be held on Thursday July 8 and Friday July 9, 2027

2026 - 137 attendees at individual clinics on Thursday and 177 for Friday All-Skills clinic

40 different college coaches were participants as clinic instructors and/or tournament recruiters in 2026

Our event is a long established and proven recruiting venue and countless young ladies have found their college student/athlete opportunity specifically through participation in our unique recruitment weekend.

TOURNAMENT - 2027 College Exposure Weekend

Friday late afternoon/evening July 9 through Sunday July 11, 2027

ALL TEAMS should be prepared to play a Friday evening contest

Friday time slots for games - 4PM, 5:30PM and 7PM

College coaches have asked for a additional game time Friday for recruiting opportunities immediately after clinics.

14U division added and open to registrations for the event 9/2/26

​CEW TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

 

- All CEW events are tournament format including CEW Weekend.  USSSA rules will be followed.

- For all events there will be umpire pay-at-the-plate.  For all 2026/27 events it will be $75/game. 

NO game will begin until both umpires have been paid.

- All teams must register through the USSSA tournament site.  Fees for each event and corresponding age groups can be found there.  Registration and entry fee will secure your teams entry into any event.

- Once an age group is filled, registration will be opened to equal the number of unpaid teams.  At that point, registration will be first come first paid to secure remaining spots until the event age group is filled.  No exceptions.

- Cantine Sports Complex (including Glasco LL) has a strict no smoking and no pet rules.  Although not policed by the CEW staff, it is by the facility staff.  Please inform your families.

- The main pavilion is leased by the concessions provider for the weekend.  Therefore, no outside food is allowed in the main pavilion area.

- Age group specific emails will be sent to all coaches once an age group is filled for any specific weekend.  It is imperative that we have the contact information for the Head Coach of the team and not an organizational representative who signed a team up for communication purposes...thank you.
